01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the E-Rentals website (www.yuncanglian.com), placing an order, registering an account, or using any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Jiangsu Yuncanglian Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (operating under the brand E-Rentals). If you use our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

02 About E-Rentals

E-Rentals is the operating brand of Jiangsu Yuncanglian Digital Technology Co., Ltd., a Saudi-based enterprise founded by Chinese entrepreneurs. Established in 2003, our core business encompasses the rental, trading, maintenance and safety-protection services for a full range of forklift equipment, together with the independently developed ECS AI Safety Equipment System and intelligent terminal devices.

03 Our Services

We provide the following services, which may be combined or modified from time to time:

• Forklift Leasing / Trading — rental and sale of forklifts from brands such as Linde, Eternal and Toyota.
• Maintenance & Service — maintenance, repair and after-sales service to keep fleets at peak uptime.
• Safety Protection — the ECS AI Safety Equipment System, intelligent terminals and safety-transformation services.
• Forklift Spare Parts — genuine parts supply for major brands.
• Cloud Platform — fleet monitoring, driver analytics, safety pre-warning and reporting tools (Yunlian Shuke | Smart Forklift).

04 Equipment Leasing & Trading

Where you lease or purchase equipment:

• All orders are subject to written confirmation, availability and final quotation.
• Title to purchased equipment passes to you only after full payment has been received.
• For leased equipment, title remains with E-Rentals; you are responsible for the equipment during the rental period, including ordinary wear and tear.
• You must return leased equipment in the agreed condition and within the agreed period, and are liable for loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear.
• Risk of loss or damage to equipment passes to you upon delivery.

05 Maintenance & Service

Maintenance and service work is performed on the basis of the applicable service order or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including unavailability of parts from third parties. Any warranty on parts or workmanship is limited to the terms stated in the relevant service order or manufacturer warranty.

06 ECS AI Safety Equipment System

The ECS AI Safety Equipment System comprises hardware terminals (such as the Forklift Safe Driving Assistance System and the Collision Prevention AI-in-One Unit 2.0) and associated software. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for the purpose of operating the devices you have installed.
• Hardware remains subject to the applicable purchase or lease terms; software upgrades (including USB and OTA updates) are provided at our discretion.
• You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or resell the hardware, software or cloud services.

07 Cloud Platform & Accounts

The cloud platform provides fleet, driver, inspection and compliance-management functions. To use it you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

08 Driver Authorization

Where the ECS system is used for driver identity verification, startup control, driver-licence monitoring and on-duty detection, you are responsible for ensuring that drivers are authorised and trained. You agree to comply with all applicable labour, safety and data-protection requirements in relation to monitoring and records.

09 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website, products or services to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation, including safety and privacy requirements;
• interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts;
• transmit malware, or use our services to infringe the rights of others;
• misrepresent your identity or the authorisation of a driver or vehicle.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, software, algorithms and documentation — is the property of Jiangsu Yuncanglian Digital Technology Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11 Data & Privacy

Your use of our website, terminals and cloud platform involves the collection and processing of personal and operational data. Please read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and explains what we collect, how we use it and the rights available to you.

12 Payment & Fees

All fees, taxes and charges are set out in the applicable quotation, invoice or agreement and are payable in the currency specified. Late payment may result in suspension of services or recovery action. We may update prices by giving reasonable notice before renewal.

13 Warranty & Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, equipment, parts and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in a written agreement or a manufacturer's warranty. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jiangsu Yuncanglian Digital Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, products or services. Our total aggregate liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

15 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jiangsu Yuncanglian Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, officers and employees from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products, services or website.

16 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website, cloud platform or services, in whole or in part, at any time for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases, and you remain responsible for obligations accrued before termination.

17 Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, which are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party sites is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

18 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the “Effective Date” at the top will be updated. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
