E-Rentals is the operating brand of Jiangsu Yuncanglian Digital Technology Co., Ltd., a Saudi-based enterprise founded by Chinese entrepreneurs, providing forklift rental, trading, maintenance and safety-protection services, and the independently developed ECS AI Safety Equipment System. • Vehicle & equipment data — fleet information, vehicle identification number (VIN), monitoring-equipment code, licence-plate number, vehicle brand and inspection records.
• Driver & operational data — driver identification and authorisation, safety-education status, licence expiry, on-duty records, and behaviour analytics collected by the ECS terminals (e.g. speeding, seat-belt use, fatigue, phone use, working hours).
• Usage & technical data — device identifiers, firmware versions, IP address, browser type, pages viewed and analytics data.

04 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate and maintain the Services, including fleet monitoring and driver analytics;
• verify driver identity and manage driving authorisation and start-up control;
• generate safety pre-warnings, alarm work orders and compliance reports;
• support regulatory reporting to competent authorities where required by law;
• improve and develop our products, hardware and algorithms;
• communicate with you about orders, services, updates and support; and
