E-Rentals is the operating brand of Jiangsu Yuncanglian Digital Technology Co., Ltd., a Saudi-based enterprise founded by Chinese entrepreneurs. Its core business encompasses the rental, trading, maintenance and safety protection services for a full range of forklift equipment.
The E-Rentals brand was established in 2003 and commenced operations in China.
Drawing on its parent company's 24+ years of in-depth expertise in the forklift industry, E-Rentals' in-house team has independently developed the ECS AI Safety Equipment System and a full range of intelligent terminal devices. By applying big data technology to conduct real-time monitoring and data analysis of forklift fleets, the company has achieved full-stack independent R&D of both hardware and software.

ECS AI Safety Equipment System
It is an intelligent forklift management system integrating software and hardware, independently developed by the Erentals technology team.
Drawing on the 24-year industrial accumulation of its parent company, the system is designed to address the pain points in the company's own vehicle management. By leveraging digital means, it helps enterprises reduce costs, improve efficiency, and ensure safe production, while also supporting the work safety supervision of the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.
After three rounds of iteration and upgrading, the product has been divided into two major versions to meet the needs of trial production: Erentals Global Version.

Collision Prevention AI-in-One Unit 2.0
Collision Prevention AI-in-One Unit 2.0 combines sensors, AI vision, and IoT to deliver full active safety protection. The integrated design unifies DMS, ADAS, and FaceID for driver authentication, behaviour analysis, and 360° monitoring. With three-level zone warnings linked to electronic throttle deceleration, it effectively reduces collision risks. The device supports 15-second fast boot, simplified wiring, and a wide temperature range (-25 ℃ to 75 ℃) for easier installation and reliable operation.

The Erentals AI Driver Assistance System features an all-in-one screen–host design with a built-in speaker, maximising system integration and minimising installation complexity.
02 AI Driver Assistance
It detects surrounding environments and personnel in real time. With BSD blind-spot cameras and a DMS driver-monitoring camera, it enables three-level alerts and active deceleration via the electronic throttle to help prevent collisions and enhance safety.

360° Zone Alerts, Automatic Response
Using vision-AI, the system provides 360° zone alerts and links with the electronic throttle for active slowing. When a pedestrian enters the warning zone, the alarm notifies the driver; entering the danger zone triggers automatic deceleration and audio-visual alerts.
Danger zones scale with speed and direction — the faster the machine, the wider the protection envelope, giving operators a clear, actionable picture of the space around the forklift.

Seatbelt Alarm Device
The device cannot be started if the seatbelt is not fastened, and it will issue an audible, visual, and voice alarm. It also has an engine shutdown function — both function and shutdown time are configurable.
Sitting & Standing Posture Sensing
The device can be started only when the user is seated; if the user leaves the seat, a voice alarm is triggered and the device automatically shuts down after 2 minutes (function and time configurable).
Sectional Speed Restriction
Automatically detects different airspaces to switch between speeds — low speed inside the yard, higher speed outside.
AI Pedestrian Collision Avoidance
Four-camera guardian with a built-in high-precision AI algorithm. When a pedestrian enters a dangerous area, an audible and visual alarm sounds (optional control: deceleration, speed limitation, parking). Equipped with an HDMI HD LCD screen and four 120° wide-angle cameras.
Obstruction of the Driver's View
Safety alerts for obstructions in the driver's forward view. When pedestrians or goods block the view ahead, reversing is recommended to avoid blind-spot hazards.
Speeding Alarm
Preset alarm at 6 km/h with a continuous beep at 7 km/h, plus an extra-large LED speed display. The alarm can only be stopped after an administrator unlocks it with a remote control, supporting penalty enforcement.
Driving Video (New Model)
Captures the real-time position of the fork and transmits it to the HDMI HD LCD screen, eliminating blind-spot hazards during fork operation. Large-capacity tablet battery; now powered by the vehicle body.
Doorway Blind Spot Collision Prevention
When a forklift enters or exits the factory gate, the wireless receiver triggers an alarm — "Forklift entering/exiting the area, please pay attention to safety" — reminding pedestrians and drivers to stay safe.
Fork Tilt Alarm Device
Using the horizontal fork position as reference, an audible and visual alarm activates when the fork tilts to a specified angle, preventing goods from slipping. Multiple measurement modes, high accuracy and easy installation.
Safety Warning Light
Dazzling blue lights and boundary lights — four surrounding boundary lights and two front-and-rear blue lights — remind nearby pedestrians of driving safety through visual cues.
Internet Cloud Device
Vehicle information, driver information, annual inspection, driving authorization, usage statistics, seat belt management, daily check, speeding reminder and time-efficiency analysis — all in the cloud.
